  • What are your business hours?

    We take orders between 10 AM and 9 PM Monday through Sunday (7 days a week)

  • What is your minimum?

    Our minimum for delivery is $50. We are delivery only and do not offer a storefront pickup. No delivery fees, delivery is absolutely free!

  • What is your ETA?

    Our standard delivery time is 1-2 hours. However, please note that during busy times like weekends or holidays, the wait time may be slightly longer and extend to 2-3 hours.

  • How do I pay?

    We are accepting cash only at the moment. Exact change is preferred but please let us know if you need change and we can try to accomodate you!

  • How can I track my order?

    Once our driver is headed to you, we will send a text with a tracking link via OnFleet. You will get another text when our driver is about 2min away. Also, our drivers will call when they arrive!

  • Are there any additional fees?

    Taxes are included in our prices and we offer free delivery! However, our minimum is $50.

  • Can I modify my order after its placed?

    Yes. You may modify or cancel your order by simply calling us before your order arrives.

  • How do I contact you?

    You may call us at 510-939-0065 anytime during business hours. Please be advised that during periods of high call volume, our phone lines may experience increased traffic.

  • What do I need for first time delivery?

    Before we process your first order with us we will ask for a selfie of you holding your ID and proof of delivery address/residency.

  • Why do I need proof of residency?

    Regrettably, in response to the escalating incidence of robberies, we are implementing a policy requiring proof of residency to safeguard the security of our drivers prior to the delivery of our services.

  • Where are you located?

    We do not have a storefront, we are delivery only. We delivery straight to you, similar to food delivery!

  • What is the delivery radius?

    We deliver to the greater Bay Area. Our area includes but is not limited to: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Hayward, El Cerrito, Richmond, Piedmont, Emeryville, Albany, Antioch, Concord, Fremont, San Jose, San Mateo, Sunnyvale, Pleasanton, Dublin, Hercules and San Leandro. Give us a call or text to see if we deliver to your area.


  • How does delivery work?

    The best way to answer this question would to compare it to food delivery. Place an order with us, relax, and we will deliver straight to your location. We specialize in friendly and discreet delivery. You can leave special instructions for us in the notes section of your order before checkout!

  • Do you have any deals?

    Yes! Check out our deals page to view some of exclusive specials and promotions. We also constantly have deals and promos located on our menu!

  • Where are my rewards?

    For access to your reward balance you must have created an acccount on our website. To check the balance, sign in to your account and click on your name on the top right corner. There you will be able to see your points as well as your transaction history.

  • How do I redeem my rewards?

    Check out our deals page for our current reward offerings. Check your rewards balance in your profile on our menu. Once checked, find the desired item you'd like to redeem on our menu and add to your cart. Hit 'Redeem Rewards' before checkout and your cart will automatically be updated! *Points are subjected to one redemption per order.
